Terms of Sale
To shop at our online store, simply click on the Buy buttons. You will then be guided through by simple and easy-to-follow steps, until you check out. When your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
All prices shown in our web site are in Euros (€) and US dollars (US$) and do not include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Price changes may occur because of circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
End-users or companies located in Greece shall be charged with the applicable VAT.
Companies located in the EU can be exempted from the VAT charge, once they provide a valid VAT ID; Wings Systems shall verify the provided VAT ID through the competent VIES office, prior to exempting the VAT charge.
Companies located outside the EU are exempted from the VAT charge.
The actual cost of carriage will vary depending on weight and number of boxes being dispatched and we therefore make this charge at cost. We use a reputable courier service company but can ensure that we use the most economical method of delivery such company provides. Carriage is free for orders over 900€ or over 1,200US$.

Payment is required with order.
- Trade Customers
Bona fide trade customers may be entitled to special wholesale discounts details of which are available on request. All first orders must be accompanied by proof of trading status. Ways of Payment We Accept
- Credit Card
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards
- Wire Transfer
If you choose to wire transfer your payment, click on the relevant button (under the Way of Payment drop-down menu) and you will be sent via e-mail all the necessary instructions to make the wire transfer.
You can send your order to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full contact details – DO NOT send your credit card information by e-mail as this is not a secure way of transmitting such data; you should fax that information to Wings Systems (at +30 2310 778164).
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our secure shopping system over the Internet.
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our main system. They are not held in a readable form on any web site.
We use a Thawte server certificate which ensures that all sensitive information sent by you - such as credit card numbers
- - is securely transmitted when you place your order. The seal on the right verifies the authenticity of this certificate

We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. All orders are sent via a reputable courier company. Delivery depends on the destination and the shipping method (standard, express etc.) available. When your order is dispatched you will be given a tracking number with which you can track your package.
Delivery of Upgrade/Activation Codes
Upgrade and/or Activation Codes are sent to you by e-mail after we have received your payment.
Fulfillment by Wings Systems
All of our General Terms of Sale apply to the items fulfilled by Wings Systems. Wings Systems also handles all customer service for items fulfilled by Wings Systems.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you (i.e. the recipient) upon delivery to the address you designate. In case the package requires customs clearance, delivery shall be deemed to be effected the moment the carrier notifies you of the arrival of the package and the need to obtain customs clearance.
Return of goods
Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns. Nevertheless, if a certain component is received damaged or defective please notify us promptly for us to take the necessary action.
We are unable to cancel your order once it is dispatched. If you order an Upgrade/Activation Code, you cannot cancel such order once the e-mail containing the Code is sent out to you; the Code shall be deemed delivered to you the moment Wings Systems sent to you the e-mail containing the Code.
Hardware Key (also called "Dongle" or "USB Security Key")
- Hardware Key guarantee
Each key has a one year guarantee from the day of your purchasing the software; if the key turns out to be defective during that time we replace it for free.
If the key becomes defective after that time, you will be asked to pay for a replacement key plus for the shipping cost.
- Loss of Hardware Key
You understand that from the purchase of the software you bear the risk of loss of the Hardware Key accompanying your copy of the software, whereas, for that matter, the Hardware Key corresponds to the value of the software and should be insured accordingly.
- Replacement of lost Hardware Key
You are entitled to replacement of a lost Hardware Key only if it was “time-locked”. In such case, you will be charged only for the value of the Hardware Key as well as the applicable delivery expenses.
If you lose a Hardware Key that was not “time-locked” we can’t replace it; you have to buy a new copy of the software, as the Hardware Key corresponds for that matter to the value of the software and you are therefore responsible of securing it accordingly.
- Damaged Hardware Key
If you break/burn etc. your Key we can replace it provided that (a) you pay for the cost of the (new) Key and for the shipping costs and (b) you return the old (damaged) key to us.
- Software/Product Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all specifications are correct at the time of upload. However we must reserve the right to alter price or specifications without notice as circumstances dictate.
These General Terms of Sale apply to all quotations made and purchase orders received by Wings Systems and hereby become the exclusive binding agreement between the parties regarding the products purchased. Any purchase or order placement implies acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
